Everything was good except that we hardly spent any time in Naples which was a bit disappointing (no pizza!) and didn't like the shopping center visit either as everything seemed overpriced. I think there are many ways to improve this package.

It was cold and rained all day but our guide tried really hard to explain everything well and I would highly recommend this tour to people with little knowledge about the ancient Rome.
