This trip was the highlight of our 10 day visit to Las Vegas. It was very well organised. We were reminded of our hotel pick-up the night before. Our coach took us to the rendezvous point at Planet Hollywood . We were put on a shuttle bus which took us to the airport for our airplane trip tp the Canyon. The flight was very enjoyable and a much smooth a journey as we were led to believe by others. When we arrived at the Grand Canyon airport we were dealt with very efficiently and were soon on our helicopter trip into the Canyon and onto our boat trip on the Colorado River. This was absolutely wonderful and our pilot was great. Very amusing and taking lots of photos of us on our cameras. 20 mins was not long enough at all - an hour would have been better! Back into the helicopter and a wonderful flight back to the airport. We then had our nice supplied packed lunch which consisted of a ham salad roll, an apple, a packet of crisps, a bag of m and m's and a bottle of water Then we were given details of the hop-on hop-off bus going to Eagle Point, Guano Point and a Western Ranch. Unfortunately, we did not have very long to spend at these destinations and felt very rushed and were constantly looking at our watches as we were given a time to be back for our flight back to Vegas.
This trip would have been perfect if tthere had been more time allowed.
