My Review: Well my worry was over the shuttle bus came through for us, picked us up half hour later that what was requested by phone, but at least we didn't have to wait like on our arrival. There is one suggestion I would like to have you change for us English speaking people if you don't mind and that would be to have both french and English recordings on the phone service with your company when we have to call to confirm our pickup. I didn't understand one word the recording was saying, had to find a kind person to call in and speak to your company about our pickup for the airport. This was so stressful at the time, I knew I had to confirm our pickup but didn't know how to do it, language barrier is a big problem sometimes, only for that man that knew little English I don't know what would have happened to us getting to the airport in time.

My Review: Excellent on the Disneyland trip. We really had a great time there. The bus was there on time to and from the area where we were to be picked up and dropped off. I think we should have stayed at one of the hotels at Disneyland to get in all the attractions. There are so many thrills, rides and things to be doing there that we never had enough time to do it all, Maybe the next time we'll be doing that, we all enjoyed it so much. Thanks Viator for a wonderful time in Disneyland Paris.

My Review: I was very disappointed on the service we got when we arrived in Paris..I called for shuttlebus..I was told to go to gate 8...the bus didn't come for us.We called again, still no bus., then I called again ahd lady told us that we were suppose to wait by gate 10.This was after waiting for 2 hours for bus, they sent the shuttle to the other gate instead of what we were told in the first place.Now, there were two other people waiting for the same shuttle and they were told the same thing.I was not impressed at all. We had a long flight from eastern Canada and then having to wait for two hours..it wasn't good enough.we were so happy to arrive at our Paris rental after a very very long trip and delay getting to where we wanted to get to,Let me tell you I was wary on our pickup for the departure at the end of our trip, which we had already prebooked and prepayed.
