We were very thankful for the "skip the line" feature when we saw hundreds of people waiting in the hot sun to get in. Our tour guide was very knowledgable, but a little too sarcastic, especially with a couple of the older people. She spent an equal amount of verbage on unnecsessary sarcasm as she did relevent information on tour. I would have liked more information related to the art we were passing by. But as far as the organization of the tour itself, that was excellent.

This was by far the most amazing tour we have ever taken. We went in mini vans with only 7 other people and the driver and tour guide. He was a wonderful tour guide; friendly, funny, knowledgable, patient; we all loved him. He had great driving skills, which is of optimum importance when navigating the Amalfi Coast. The coast was so beautiful, I would recommend this tour to anyone who has the time to spare. Then Pompeii - how amazing! We had read a lot about it, but were still surprised by the absolutely genius engineering and brilliance of the original city. Our tour guide for that portion was so incredibllly passionate on the subject. We have been home 2 days and have looked at those pictures 3 times. I would give up a sight seeing day in Rome for this tour.

We love these hop on hop off busses for 3 reasons; 1. They are a great way to get oriented to the city and all of the sights. 2. The attendents are so helpful in getting you around the city and you learn as you go because the bus has guided audio tours in every language. 3. You can see the upper architecture of the buildings and see long distances when you sit on the upper level. Plus it is a great buy-we use it nstead of public transportation.

This was a good way to introduce ourselves to England. We hopped off at the Tower of London and hopped back on for the trip back to hotel. The public transportation in London is amazing and simple to navigate, so getting to and from the river is easy. The boat had covered part if you did not want to be in the direct sun. Unfortunately we were on a boat with about 20 school children and their chaperones would not tell them to settle down, so we could not hear the tour guide very well. They disrupted everyone on the boat. Welcome to disfunctional parenting in the 21st century.
