Tour guide/Driver is wonderful.

Definitely recommend booking the lunch option. The meal at the Vineyard is great and comparatively cheaper than most North American and European offerings.

This tour is interesting.

I really liked the fact it combines commentaries from both the driver and the local guide. Both are very pleasant to talk to and deal with, and definitely very knowledgeable. You can different perspectives of both the city and history.

Would have prefer the tour to included the meal or the morning tea it its pricing, but otherwise, no complaints.

As a young professional, I rarely have an opportunity to do some real hiking and have an intimate view of nature during most scenic tours. This tour includes both of these.

The guide (Nigel) is in his late 50's/early 60's with a belly, and this man CAN trek. He has a wonderful sense of humour and takes people to routes that are less travelled. He keeps saying everyone "does not have to be fitness superstars to do this"... well, needless to say, everyone outside Australia are NOT AS FIT AS the locals! :)

But once I completed the tour, I feel physically energized and definitely more alive. The older few older couples in my group tour also participated in the hikes, and based on my observation, they had a pleasant time.

Excellent guide - attentive, detailed, and flexible. Despite all the other tourists were Spanish speakers, the guide spent an equal amount of time with us explaining each site with great details in perfect English. Well done.

Tour was ok. The guide was clear, friendly, and knowledgeable. A lof of history was provided, and happy to answer questions.

The only problem was the tour was ran significant behind schedule. Our tour, which was scheduled for 6 hours, took a whopping 12 hours no thanks to the shopping-zealous the only other Spanish speaking party. Despite all efforts by the guide, they did not care. Perhaps company should suggest policies to prevent situations like these from happening again.

English speakers will need to be aware: we were in a tour group of 18 people, of which the two of us were the only English speakers in the bus.

Though the well-mannered guide attempt to provide English commentaries to us, 90% of the tour were described in Spanish, with minimal time spent in English given a number of questions asked by the other tour mates.

I would strongly suggest that Viator and the tour company tours (or other operators) to do English only tours. Although the tour company takes us to all the places that were described on the website here, we found the tour a bit disappointing as we weren't getting all the details that were described to our Spanish counterparts.
