great place to visit but not with viator! it was utter chaos from the beginning in the morning! told to meet in front of Karstat dept. store. no one was there! alot of people did the same thing we did. they were across the street in a bus! info given about meet up times were pretty much not clear and not enough time to make those times! we all felt like we were running the whole day and were afraid that we would be left behind. accoring to the guide (which was hard to understand) their was not much wiggle room to make a mistake and just bearly enough time to do the tours that were paid for! Plus, the brochure stated a small fee to enter the castles. it was 16 euros--thats not small! your other tours we took were great! lots of other company's doing this tour!
