My Review: My experience was terrible. The directions on the website took me to door 00 at SEA TAC airport. You have not picked up their in over a year. When I finally found the pick up location, the check in line was a fiasco and then I had to sit and wait for my name to be called. A full 2 hours after my flight landed, i was on the shuttle. I will never take it again. I told you because you need to know.
