Excellent experience. The staff and food were out of this world. We went on a Friday afternoon for lunch and it was a little quiet. But it's a fantastic place to see. Wine prices were fine and I would recommend going.

This was a very nice trip to do,scenery was stunning and a very organised evening. Food was a little disappointing but I couldn't fault much else. The staff and entertainment were great, overall a very enjoyable night.

Can't say much other than - Outstanding - fantastic seats and show was excellent.

What can I say - my husband laughed when I said I wanted to book this trip.. Well, he ate his words after the 2 hours spent with Marc our photographer. He was first class, from the direction on the day and pictures he provided I could see why after eight years he's still in business. This trip although appears a bit pricey is well worth every penny, we are both so glad we booked this trip, without the likes of Marc you would never get memories like this. What I would suggest is taking a change of top, as so many pictures with the same outfit on gets boring. We stopped for a comfort break at Grand Central and I could have easily changed my top and pictures would have been a bit more varied.

This was the first of five trips we booked via Viator. It got off to a bit of a bad start given that my husband had long dress trousers on (as advised) and many people turned up with jeans, shorts and flip flops - rather more casual than we had imagined. He was less than pleased that he had made an effort and others were allowed to board in such casual dress. Other than several tables being finished their food before we left dock ( no pressure from staff to eat quickly ) the overall experience and staff on this cruise were fantastic. Food was outstanding and wine prices were reasonable.
