Los Angeles, California
The driver had to wait two more passengers and the rest of us was sitting inside the van with no air and it was hot and stifling. The rest of the service was good.
It was difficult to understand what the tour/boat guide was talking when she rushed through in four to five different languages. The drop off in Murano was right into the glass factory for the most uninteresting glass blowing demonstration, it was a waste of time. Then there was no time and direction for the tourists who really needed to use the washroom. Also there was no time to see Murano at all as the 30 minutes allowed was spent in the glass factory; The tour/boat guide needs to go through training in customer services, We don't expect cadillac services, but some courtesy and warm and friendly welcome would be nice.
We were impressed that he tour guide provided each one in the group with an audio set in the preferred language. That makes the walking around and following the tour guide commentary far more easier. Our tour guide was good and informative. We also enjoyed the gondola boat ride.. This is a tour worth the money. High recommended.
One little comment is a clear direction should be given to customers where the meeting location is on the e-voucher..
