A fantastic day with incredible weather to make it even more memorable. Very well organised with a knowledgeable, well-prepared guide. The 'pirate ship' cruise was fun and the bullet train was a great ending to the day (though finding an exit from Tokyo station was a challenge!)

A really enjoyable day out, with a friendly, informative guide. Loved Cape Reinga. And digging for shellfish on the beach (though the Tasman Sea is as cold as the North Sea!)

A poorly organised, in fact chaotic, start, with no-one taking responsibility; a guide whom we couldn't hear when outside, who in fact never bothered to see if we were even all there before he started speaking; far too much time wasted circling the block to find a parking space at the end of the first part; a coach where the microphone was unreliable; a constant changing of plan for joining the second part of the tour.

Nothing special, but at least it got us to our hotel without too much hassle.
