My Review: Everyone was nice and professional. The lady, Sonya, who managed the buses returning to the airport and the luggage was absolutely amazing. When a bag got placed on a separate bus, she immediately took steps to see the bag got to the airport right away and in plenty of time. You have the staff who takes care if mishaps quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a very pleasant and professional attitude.
