Our guide, Kyle, did an excellent job of educating us about the glacier as well as pacing the hike to our group's abilities. My husband and I were the oldest in our group (61 and 57 yr.) and although we consider ourselves in pretty decent shape, this was extremely physically demanding. We are really glad we did the full day experience, but we were exhausted by the end of it. Still, if we were to have the choice to do it or not, we'd go for it--quite the experience!

We were looking for a light sight-seeing day and this fit the bill perfectly! It was great fun watching how the dogs round up the sheep, and interesting to see the sheep shorn. We had tea in the main house and found the entire experience to be very worthwhile.

I had expected this tour to be pretty hokey and was very happily surprised. The boat ride to the caves was beautiful and once there, we learned all about the glow worm as well as the caves and general geology of the area. Being able to walk back through the caves and see the power of the water was really interesting, and the boat ride to the dark caves where the glow worms could show off their light was a lot of fun. Highly recommend this tour!

We aren't opera people, but this tour was well worth it. Learning about the challenges and conflicts from the initial design through the completion of the construction of the opera house was fascinating. Lots of interesting facts--now sorry we didn't have time to see a performance while we were there!

What a great way to see the city! We thoroughly enjoyed hearing about the city and having the freedom to jump on and off at the various stops. When time is limited and you don't have a car, this is the perfect way to get around!
