This was a fun day. Was picked up as indicated and trip went smoothly.

Not impressed. The lady on the New York City Hop-on Hop-off bus greeted me with 'Have you got a problem' when I was asking the driver which bus would take me to the pier to do the boat tour. Her tone was sooo rude. So after being sent backwards and forwards between buses trying to find out which bus would take me to the Pier I ended up walking. It proved to be much quicker. I spent longer trying to find out which bus than it actually took me to walk to the Pier. The hop-on hop-off might be ok for some, but it didn't work for me.

The New York City Pass was ok. It did save time in some queues but unless you use all the vouchers in the book, it's probably cheaper to just buy individual tickets to the places you want to visit.

Probably just as easy to arrange a tour to the glacier once you get to El Calafete. Plenty of choices. The boat ride they stop at before you get to the glacier is not worth it as you can see the glacier just as closely from the walkways and lookouts once you get there.

Total fiasco. Could not contact anyone 48 hours before as requested and had to ring Viator to Australia to confirm my tour. Was then left at the Burqubus without any explanations as to how to catch the boat across to Colonia. Got to Colonia and no-one there to meet me. Spent half an hour going around person to person and place to place trying to find the tour. Eventually a lady came up to me and asked if I was doing the Colonia tour and I said yes. She had my name on a list and after that it was ok until I found out I wasn't booked to come back from Colonia until the 11.30pm boat. Way way to long in Colonia and no earlier boats back available.

Would have been ok if we didn't spend two hours driving around in the morning picking everyone up, then an hour driving around dropping those off that were only doing the half day tour. then another hour driving around picking up the afternoon half day people then another hour after the tour driving around dropping everyone off again. Far far too much time just driving around dropping people off and picking people up. The wholoe day trip could very easily be combined in a half day for both Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loaf of small mini buses used instead. Plus explanatins being repeated in three languages was a bit of a pain.

No one was at the airport to meet me because my flight was late. Asked a stranger at the airport who could speak Portugese to ring the shuttle for me to find out what was going on. Was told the shuttle would be back at x time and would pick me up then if I wanted to wait - this was another 1 1/2 hour wait. Not impressed.

Great trip. Picked up as arranged and all ran smoothly. Tour guide knowledable. Recommend this trip.
