Bus tour in NYC is just not good during winter months. In sub=zero temperatures, the least you expect is covered buses - not open tops.

A great place to visit - but with a better tour operator. Time spent at the destination was not enough. We could have got a couple of hours more there if the tour was organised properly. There was no reason why we were offered a train ride up to the Basilica - not up to the top.
