The tour itself was fine, but the bus looks a little worse for wear inside and out (the hand rail was broken and moved if you used it to get in or out of the bus). The boat trip was the best part as it got us nice and close to the Statue of Liberty and plenty of photo opportunities for everyone wherever they were sitting.

Our original trip was cancelled due to snow, but we managed to reschedule for the next day (and Viator were very helpful in getting this organised for us). Seeing the Canyon with snow on it was very special. Well worth the extra to fly to the South Rim and save hours on a coach. Great views and enough time at the stops to get some great shots.

Great experience and service. We had planned to fly the next morning, but the weather forecast was bad, so at very short notice, they arranged for us to go up the afternoon before.
