Since having taken and taught Latin, I was extremely eager to get to Rome and especially eager to see the Colosseum. Our guide was Francesca, who had an archaeological background and therefore couldn't have been any more knowledgeable about the subject matter. She did a fantastic job of not only showing us the Colosseum and Forum but also providing us with an architectural insight that was invaluable. I highly recommend taking this tour. Ask for Francesca as your guide and you will have the experience of a lifetime.

Amazing, beautiful, and moving. It is hard to believe that the works of so many truly gifted artists reside in one place Claudia was our tour guide, and she proved to be extremely knowledgeable every step of the way. My wife, who has traveled all over the world, commented that she had never been in inside a more beautiful building than St Peter's Basilica. We loved it so much that we watched the televised Christmas mass from there upon our return home and marveled at how we had just been there.
