My Review: Excellent class! Chef Kevin was informative and entertaining! Two and a half hours went by way too quickly! The red beans and rice, cornbread and pralines? YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!! I would highly recommend taking this class ...you won't be disappointed! Oh yes...I forgot ...the biscuits w/steen ...WOW!!!
