The start of our trip was OK - a little disorganised - it would have been better if someone had checked all tickets before the coach arrived. The coach was full of several nationalities so the guide had to say everything in 4 different languages. This soon became very tedious to listen to! Once we got to Granada, a local guide took over. Everyone is given a 'whisper' to hear the guide but again there was alot of hanging round while these were organised.
The tour is very structured (as the site is so popular) with no chance to wander around. One of our group got left behind and missed 2 hours of the tour until we returned.
Next the coach dropped us off in Granada - a good walk from the centre so most of this free time was taken up having a spot of lunch - no chance to see the city before getting back on the coach.
Another reviewer has mentioned that there is a stop en-route in both directions at Motorway services. This is not really necessary and definitely not needed for the return leg.
Everyone wants to see the Alhambra, so the tour was worthwhile but could have been better.
