Terrible service! Pick-up arrived late and then we drove around dropping off and picking up other passengers. Forty minutes of driving around and I was right back at my hotel! I arrived at the airport late and barely had enough time to check-in and go through security before my flight boarded!

The scenery was spectacular and it was a very enjoyable day trip!

Great excursion and the penguin parade was incredible to witness!

This excursion was excellent and so was our guide! The war memorial and museum are incredible and a must see!

This was fantastic and worth the money spent (although I think they could include photographs in the price since we are not allowed to take cameras), or at least they could reduce the price of the photo packages! Our guide was excellent and the climb was incredible and the views amazing!

A very good value since the admission prices to all the attractions are quite expensive!

I found the wait for buses was longer then what the schedule said as the traffic in Sydney is very congested. I found I could see more in a shorter amount of time by walking.

The wine tastings were good, but I was disappointed with the lunch at the Blue Tongue winery. I had specified I was vegetarian (also no eggs) I had to wait 50 minutes for a salad and didn't have time to eat it as we had to leave for the afternoon portion of the tour!

Terrible! The pick-up was late, the driver did not have any sign indicating what company he was with. I waited 40 minutes and walked all over the baggage area asking all the other drivers where I could find my lift. I finally find the driver and he was so disorganized!
