My Recommendation Tip
1) You need a contact number just in case someone has a question or problems
2) If a customer has a problem with a tour company or tourguide, get rid of them and find someone / tour company that is better ( someone that will offer to pick up there customers at there hotel )
3) Have someone from your company to go on one of there tours to see if tour company or guide or tourist friendly or pick up there customers from the hotel.
FYI = I will not reconmend any to use your sevices while in Prague for vacation, now Peru I would but not Prague.

It was a good ride and the driver was friendly, but the service was expensive for one person I wouldn't reconmend it to any visting Prague if they are by themselves. You need a 1800 number so your customers have any problems and you need to make it convient for your customers to reach you.
