New Orleans Cooking Class

My Review: I was glad that I booked this class :
- the food was delicious
- got to have biscuits and cane syrup as an extra
- even the drinks were all about NOLA, the Abita beer and coffee with chicory, and the usual sweet tea and lemonade
- it was nice to see how the food is made
- I learned a lot about the history and culture of New Orleans
- and you can buy the spices for the recipes right after the class at the shop

My Review: The service of Mears is good and the drivers were courteous. Just didn't notice that the service to Universal is only til 1030am and we arrived in Orlando at 11am the first day. Also when the service left without us from the hotel they sent over a taxi cab to bring us to Universal at no extra cost

My Review: it was easy enough to claim our passes at the airport and get to our hotel. On the way out of Orlando just be prepared to leave your hotel 3 1/2 to 4 hours before your flight
