Prompt and on-time. Courteous driver. Older but clean van. Initally had misunderstanding of pick-up time but promptly resolved. Recommend using military hrs ( 24 hour time) as this would be less confusing.

As always hop on and hop off tours are worth the time and money. Allows a comprhensive tour of the place with capability of exploring further an area of one's interest

As Toledo streets could be confusing, guide stayed with group all the time. Would have been great if allowed to venture a little bit.
