Our guide (Kasey I think) was very friendly, on time. Established good rapport with group. Very knowledgeable. Conditions were a bit trying but she coped quite well. Made it an enjoyable experience

Good tour. Guide was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Only thing was we would have liked a little more time to explore colosseum and Forum. Enjoyed it though and guide was excellent.
