Alfredo our guide lived up to his reputation. Luckily for us there were only three on the tour and Alfredo's descriptions and knowledge gave us a wonderful overview of Ancient Rome. He answered all our questions and more and I would highly recommend this tour to all.

I gave this tour four stars simply because of the enormous crowds which I did not expect in winter. As a result, most of the time we shuffled along in a sea of humanity. Despite this, our guide Paola was very attentive and thoughtful in ensuring we kept together and had a good overview of the Vatican museums. Her added recommendation was a highlight and her enthusiasm added to our enjoyment.

We enjoyed the lights of Rome and were lucky enough to celebrate the epiphany as families celebrated the event by buying huge balloons and trinkets for their children. The tour itself seemed to just go through the motions and it would have been nice to stop, even for 30 seconds, at various key spots for a photo.Still worth the effort as one gets a totally different perspective at night.

This tour was a great eye opener to the city of Barcelona and we could not have asked for a more genial guide than Alejandro with the bonus of trainee guide Andrew. I would have appreciated more time in the Sagrada Familia, however, understandably, we were on a timeline and still went well over time with good humour and grace. My only regret is that I did not allow more time to enjoy this wonderful place.

We enjoyed our tour very much. David, our guide, obviously enjoys meeting new people and giving them an insight into the history and grandeur of London.
