My Review: The tour itself was worth doing as you learn a lot and see a lot. The transportation was terrible; half hour late being picked up, and they forgot to take us back to hotel. Had to wait over 1.5 hours, after being promised 4 times a ride was 5 minutes away. In the end we got a half refund once I stormed into their office and demanded a lift.

My Review: The tour was just right; it covered all you needed to see, and Alcatraz was awesome. There was no rush to the day. Well worth doing.
