This was an excellent tour, however more of a walking tour than a bus tour but excellent nonetheless. The guide was very accommodating and knew everything that she needed to know. The grand bazaar was closed on our tour day so she took us to the spice markets instead. If we wanted to see or try something in particular, she took us to suitable stalls/shops where the products were legitimate and of good quality. A tour worth doing to show you some of the important tourist sights in the old town of Istanbul.

This was an amazing tour. Our guide Amelie, was lovely and very informative. St Emilion was so worth seeing. I strongly recommend this trip.

Im not a big opera fan but went to the concert as part of the "Vienna" experience. The theatre was stunning and the conductor a real hoot! The music was fantastic and the musicians looked great in their period costumes. I can imagine how hot they got considering the air-conditioning was not very good and they had spot lights shining on them during the whole performance. A tip though - if you can go ealrier to pick up your tickets, do so. They dont let you in until about 15 minutes before the performance and the queue can be quite long.

I was told to be waiting at my hotel reception at 6.30am. At 7.10am I was still waiting and apparently would have been forgotten had the hotel staff not rung the tour company to see where they were. Budapest is an amazing city. The trip there and back from Vienna was very smooth and pleasant. Unfortunatley I found the guide a little hard to understand, not very informative and when she suggested we get our cameras out to take a photo, it wasnt clear what we were to shoot, or when. One building was so far away in the countryside it looked like a blimp on the horizon. At lunchtime she was very keen for us to eat at a restaurant that she had suggested. Most people went along, not knowing where we were going or if there were any other alternatives. The food was not good and there were other places nearby we could have eaten at. I had to ask for my vegetables as they gave me rice and dried out chicken as my meal. It was the first time in my life I spat out the vegetables because the zuccini was rotten. I heard the gentleman at the table next to mine complain about the day old bread.
It was very difficult taking photos whilst on the bus, especially if you were sitting on the wrong side.... hard to determine I know but in this particular trip, the drivers side was the better side to be on. If you can only afford one day in Budapest, this is better than nothing.

The tour was quite rushed. We were taken to the various sites but were left to see most of them on our own. We also ended the tour at the Tower of London and a very short river cruise and were not aware until we started the tour that we had to make our own way home at the end of the day. The tour gave us an idea what was worth seeing in London but the design of the tour needs to be improved. The guide was very knowledgable and the driver fabulous.

The royal castles tour was excellent. A lot was packed into the day which made it impossible to properly see some of the sites the guide pointed out whilst we were driving around in the bus. It would have been good for the bus to stop for 5 minutes and let us get out and take photos. I realise this would have taken more time but Im sure most people would have been happy to start half an hour earlier to cover this. The tour guide was very knowledgable. Would definitely recommend this tour.
