We spent a good hour circling the Dallas airport looking for other passengers before we even left for our hotel. All in all, while the service is quite convenient, it would have been quicker to catch a taxi.

Well organised and quick transfer. Good value for money. Only down side was the staff trying to actively sell tours whilst organising a bus for our transfer.

Great tour, lots of good things to see that we wouldn't have been able to do on our own. Lots of opportunities for photos and a great guide, who spoke great English. Would recommend this tour.

Well organised service. Arrived and departed on time and instructions were clear. Good value for money and buses were air conditioned, comfortable and clean.

This service is not good value for money for Beverly Hills hotels. The service takes a long time to get to the airport, the drivers are very poor drivers and I would have preferred to take a taxi which are have a maximum price from Beverly Hills hotels to LAX airport.

Not a long wait to depart from the airport. Whilst a taxi would have been a similar price, the service was quite good for a shared service.

Took a long time due to the number of pickups required on this shared service. However, it was a good value for money service and arrived to pick up from hotel on time.

Instructions to find the service were good. The shuttle was good value and the vans were fine.

A great tour, good English guide and a very good way to see the key sights of Rio. The amount of time to sightsee and take photos was perfect and we really enjoyed the day. Would highly recommend doing a tour, as you can skip the lines to buy tickets.

Driver spoke no English and was trying to ask us for more money. A bit daunting when you just arrive in a foreign country and haven't been there before. Our itinerary for this service indicated all charges were paid for and no additional money was required to be paid to the driver.
