I am angry and disappointed. I paid for something I haven't recevied. So-called "Grand tour" was shorter than express tour. We went to a three points only, and, after that, returned back to the beginning point. Only one of three guides was OK, the last one we couldn't even hear. Complete disaster and fraud.

Our visit to Parliament was wonderful experience. The guide, Adriana, was very nice young lady, very charming and ready to answer all the questions we had. The tour was very good organized, and we will use "Viator"s services in the future, whenever we travel.
