Gettysburg Day Trip from Washington DC

My Review: This was an excellant tour. The bus was very comfortable for the long drive to and from Gettysburg. We stopped to view a large diarama of the area which helped to put the large acreage into perspective. The guide was easy to understand and very knowlegeable. Our bus driver showed the movie, "Gettysburg" while we drove to the site. We saw 1/2 of the movie going and the other 1/2 coming back to D.C. This also helped with the history lesson. At lunch time we were able to buy a fantastic home cooking buffett in the town for a very nominal fee and then went on to tour a family home that still stands after the conflict.
