New York Arrival Shuttle Transfer: Airport to Hotel

My Review: Eventually got through US Immigration 2 hours after landing - then booked in at desk and had to wait nearly 45 minutes for Shuttle to arrive - Vehicle was full so had to split up - We were the last 2 to be dropped off soarrived at Hotel 5 hours after landing !!! So the jopurney from JFK took 3/4 of the FLIGHT time from the UK - not a very good introduction
