A real highlight of our stay in Rome. Some where to go away from the crowds of the city. Guide was extremely knowledgeable and painted a picture of life as it used to be in both places. We will certainly recommend this to friends. A must see!

Disappointing. The crew did not make an effort to welcome you or explain anything. Ear-piece commentary was good. The boat was clean and well maintained. The Tiber River is dirty and seems to be neglected.

Very enjoyable experience. Lovely car and careful driver. He was there to meet us at the CruiseTerminal at the arranged time. Well worth the expense.

Very enjoyable excursion. There was someone to meet us at the Cruise Terminal as arranged. The guide was excellent and had a great sense of humour as well as being able to impart his extensive knowledge. Limited time at Pompeii but we learnt a great deal in a short time. The microphone/ear pieces were a great idea. Well done. A must do!

Good overview in a short time giving an idea of a new town. The bus was very clean and on time. A very reasonably priced excursion.

Well worth the expense. Very nice car and skilled driver who arrived at the hotel on time. We were transferred right to the door at the Cruise Terminal. Would recommend this .

A really great activity. Small group so we got a good look at the bakers working. Even invited to finish the baguettes before they went into the oven! Our guide was great and her knowledge of the processes was evident. A lovely experience.

We were waiting on the wrong level in the airport as per not very clear instructions after we phoned. However, the driver of the shuttle came looking for us. We were very grateful that he did and we were then transported safely to our accommodation. All worked out OK.
