Showed us a side of Tokyo we would never have found by ourselves. We happened to be taking this tour on the day of the Bean Throwing Festival. Our guide took us to the temple, and waited patiently for us to watch. We thought this would be half of our 2 hour tour, but the guide completed all the tour

A good tour but a little rushed. We promptly revisited two of the places we stopped by ourselves in the afternoon in order to see the whole attraction. Having said that the guide gave us a lot of history and cultural information, allowing us to get much more than if we had just visited by ourselves

This is the fourth time I have taken this tour, I keep travelling with different companions. It is always of a high standard. There is an absolute bonus of travelling in the winter however, you actually get time to look at the artworks without the crowds.

It is impossible to submit a review of this tour. We booked two tours for the day, but the guide did not turn up for our first tour, the Classical Bologna tour, and when we called the company they said they had no record of our booking for the morning tour, just the afternoon tour. When the guide turned up for the afternoon tour he basically gave us the morning tour. Which although excellent was cut short. So having paid for 6 hours worth of tours, we ended up with about 2 1/2 hours.
Viator was very prompt in refunding our money for the tour which never eventuated. We have used Viator extensively and have never encountered a problem before, so it was pleasing to discover when an issue occurs the refund was prompt.

We were the only two people on the tour. The tour guide was very friendly, but basically she drove us to each place, gave us a map and told us when to meet. We were interested in the Roman ruins in Tarragona, but there was limited time in which to see them. We asked if there was much to see in Sitges, given it was mid winter, and we were the only two on the trip, and were told it was worth seeing. It would be good if the tour company offered a whole day trip to Tarragona. If you don't like independent travel this would be a good tour, but it would be a lot less expensive to get a map and catch the train from Barcelona yourself.

The time in Avila was a little rushed. We had more time to look around Segovia, but we didn't take the lunch option, which gave us the extra time. There are several choices for lunch, so I recommend you find your own if you want to see more than churches on this day.

This was the most amazing day trip. Our guide was brilliant, and not only covered the Alhambra, but was a great ambassador for Granada as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this trip.
