Our walking tour with Paul was amazing. He managed to keep my 12 year old son engaged, and encouraged questions of our 16 year old daughter. The stop for gelato was unexpected and well appreciated by our 12 year, the king of gelato. The knowledge Paul seemed limitless.

Our afternoon tour of the Uffizi was not conducted as well. We had to wait to enter for over an hour, yet the tour ended on schedule. When asked about the Medici hallway, the guide had no idea what we were talking about. Paul had explained about the hallway in the morning and the kids wanted to know where it was in relation to the building we were in.

We had a wonderful time. Very informative. Our guide was great. We felt the extra money was worth the private tour.....and lunch was provided. We enjoyed a nice lunch with our guide. Can't go wrong.

I was very beautiful, but we did not see very much of the castle. The tour was shorter and different for the English speaking verses the Native tounge.

My family really enjoyed our day. Our 15 and 12 year old enjoyed seeing the Eagle's Nest and Salt Mines. It was a bit unclear that there was a lunch break scheduled AFTER the Eagles' Nest in the village. Our guide was very informative and answered all questions my children had. He even reccommended a few things that were great.

Enjoyed our tour. Arrived earlier in day for the Pope's greeting. Did the tour in the afternoon. Partially so we could see greeting on Wednesday am. But were unable to go up the top of St. Peter's because of the time, or down in to the crypts of the Popes'. My 11 and 14 year old really liked hearing the stories about the paintings and the history behind them. Our guides had a great sense of humor.

My 11 and 14 year olds loved this tour. Our guide was an archeology major and was very informative and enthusiastic. She was able to really help you see to how they lived in ancient times. Highly recommend.

Sorry, we were disappointed with this tour. Partially because we waited over 1 hour and gave up to get on the tour. I do recognize that the company was disrupted from the riots the previous day and were honoring peoples tickets from that day. Unfortunately it put a bad spin for us. We ended up using public tranportation with ease and walked around. The sound systems on the bus didn't always work and the river tour was not worth it.
