Exceeded our expectations which were high to begin with. Milan guide extremely knowledgable, informative and engaging. Local guide at Verona equally impressive, passionate and flexible, ensuring we missed the crowds (as much as possible) at Juliet's house. Great recommendations for local restaurant, which was a delight. Lake Garda wonderful, with a ride in a beautiful timber speed boat a must.

Well planned and good amount of free time at both Lake Como and Bellagio. Terrific guide who tried her hardest to arrange for George Clooney to be at his chateau for us to photograph, unfortunately without success. Very knowledgable and interesting commentary throughout Even though the weather initially was
wet and foggy, it didn't detract from the scenery at all. Fantastic day.

We had planned 6 day trips from Milan and for me this was to be one of the real highlights. I was certainly not disappointed! To begin with, the enthusiasm of our guide Marcella was contagious, having us in fits of laughter as she described how we would be reacting to the upcoming scenery. She was SO enthusiastic and informative and took care of all the small but important things, like good local restaurant , showing us where and how to get the best photos,and plenty of toilet stops. The scenery really was fantastic, and to add to our pleasure, it started to snow. The dome carriages only operate in summer for safety reasons, but we were thrilled with our train as you got great views and could open the windows and hang out, for great photos and a rush of mountain air. Absolutely recommend.

Our timing for this trip was great, with it being very early spring the crowds were down compared with what we were told it was like closer to summer; even then, it was busy but very easy to get around. Really well organized, local guide excellent and very engaging. I was a bit nervous about the glass blowing tour after previously being on similar typed tours where you were really pressured to buy, fortunately, this was not the case here, and we really enjoyed it - an added bonus. As with all our tours on this trip, it was well organized, well thought out and ran to time.

Great to see all the main sights of Milan in this half day tour. Guide flicked well between German and English.

What an unexpected pleasure, really interesting. This tour gave a good experience of the Seine, then a great experience of going through the locks and tunnels of Paris. pleasant lunch with lots of options at the end of the tour and an easy train back to Paris.
