As advertised - no standing in line. You get your ticket at the travel office next to the Louvre and get in passed the long line. We were there in July. Not too crowded. Audio tour gave a good overview of main attractions.
Few general notes: long lines in women's bathroom at the Louvre. There is another bathroom on the lower level where you have to pay. It is the smelliest bathroom I have ever visited.
Food: THE FOOD IN PARIS IS REALLY BAD. Research, don't visit random street cafes. We found one good place near Eiffel Tower - Le Volant Basque.
Excellent tour guide. We have learned a lot about Vienna in a short time.
The bus guide and Prague tour guide were both boring. The tour was not structured as advertized. We did not get any free time. One stop before Praque ~ 10:15 - too late for breakfast and too early for lunch. I tried goulash and had to spit it out - cheapest cut of meat from a cow which died of old age. We did not get time to buy a bite to eat all day. On the way back we stopped at another cheap place where one could eat only if absolutely starving.
Prague was full of tourists. Hard to see and hard to hear the guide. Better organized guides had microphones.
