our guide paul was really knowledgeable and put customer satisfaction ahead of everything. it is a great tour if you havent got the time to explore blue mountains and the jenolan caves.
quite a sight at the prada outlet to see everyone grabbing things like there was no tomorrow.
great that the tour left a bit earlier so we were the first in the warehouse...
would have enjoyed it a little more if it weren't that rushed at the prada outlet...
but overall, an enjoyable trip.
don't get me wrong with the rating,
i really enjoyed the little islands, particularly burano.
However, the guide was trying to talk in about 4 different languages, coupled with a no-so-good-microphone. myself and fellow other members of the group had no idea what she was talking about...
could have been good.
i was on a very large group and we were only allowed onto one carriage... therefore we weren't allowed to move side to side when the train went through the alps.
BUT. the alps were an amazing place... it has to be seen to be believed.
Even if you think you know milan through the multiple guide books you've read, I think this tour might still surprise you. The many stories about la Scala, the Castello and Duomo and then finally topped off with the last supper - which was the highlight of my trip. Tour is definitely recommended!
