15 minutes late and very diffucult to get through to someone on my mobile to check where they were. Once I did get through they were very helpful

The trip is definitely worth doing, and the tour guide was super. My only negative comment is that it would have been nicer if the coach was newer and more luxurious, considering it's a five hour ride each way! It was rather tired and old looking.
