Pick up was on time and driver friendly. A good way to get to the airport.

The tour guide was not particularly friendly but very knowledgeable throughout the city tour. Alcatraz was great. The audio guide was very easy to follow and the cruise ship staff very good at organising large numbers of people. Definitely recommend but book early as trips to Alcatraz were booked out for a week.

Easy to locate and a good way to transfer from the airport to hotel.

This was one of the highlights of our trip. The dinner was lovely and the commentary about the Hoover dam was informative. The staff members were very helpful, the environment spectacular and it was a fabulous evening on the lake.

This was a really good way to see and do some activities in Vegas. We had lunch at Zefferino's overlooking the Grand Canal. The food was very good. We visited Madame Tussauds which is always fun and we went on an outdoor gondola ride. You have the option to upgrade to an indoor ride but it was a sunny day and the ride was only short, but enough. Organised better than the real thing in Venice! Definitely recommend.

Fantastic tour! We loved visiting all the sites and the video clip reminders were great. Lindsay was a fun and very knowledgeable guide! Definitely recommend this one for the fans.

We had brilliant seats and the show was amazing.

The organisers were great and this is definitely worth doing. It was a bit far to return the bikes after two hours if you want to stay in the park, so better to hire for longer and return at the end of the day.

The group was small and the tour guide was excellent with a thorough knowledge of the area. It was very well organised and we would definitely recommend. A really great day.

Great way to visit as there was no queuing. Fabulous views of the city and definitely recommend Viator ticketing to help avoid the crowds.

Great views and the Skyride was fun for something a bit different.

Most people would think that it would be a pretty bad thing if your departure shuttle broke down. This is what happened but the staff called us at the hotel and asked us to arrange a taxi and then seek reimbursement of costs as soon as we arrived at the airport. It was only a small amount of inconvenience and it was handled very well.

The tour operator was there to greet us. Easy to find in the crowd. Our guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. We had a wonderful tour and definitely recommend it.

Our guide (Natasha) was fabulous and her knowledge and explanations were impressive. We totally recommend this tour.

The organisation of this tour was disappointing. There was very little communication from the operators and people were pushing in to get the 'best' seats on the gondolas and the operators just allowed it to happen. Give this one a miss or try elsewhere.

Our guide was awesome. Very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He had fantastic knowledge about the tower and its history but also about all the buildings and places of interest once we reached the lookout. This is a must-see-and-do tour!

The show was fabulous but the operators were not organised and there was no communication or signage to direct people at the event. The people who opt in for the dinner got better seats because they were in the theatre before those that didn't select the dinner option. The local operators need to reassess how they organise the event so people know what's going on.

Too many people entering the venue at the same time, so crowd control was a problem. Even though you skipped the line to enter, it was still difficult to view a lot of the exhibition. Might depend on which day you choose to visit. Still worth a look.
