Most rides were friendly and the tour was very informative. Occasionaly the bus drove past a pick-up or the bus was to full to take us. Overall a great NY experience

Excellent staff and great assistence with our tickets and local attractions. Very informative and worth every cent! The drivers are friendly and will help you out where possible. FAMILY FRIENDLY! That's a big plus!
