How well organised at getting you to your hotel. Their professionalism takes all the stress out of navigating a foreign airport. The staff are very obliging and punctual. Highly recommend.

If you are a space enthusiast do this one. Guides are well read on the space program and this is the only tour that get's you up and as close as allowed to the launch pads. Would do it again, no hesitation.

Without any hesitation would use this service again. The staff really made you feel welcome to their city, the vehicle was immaculate. Straight to your hotel door.

I have used this service 3 times now. They are always on time to the minute. Don't bother using anyone else as these guys will take you straight to your departure terminal considering NYC airports each have about 7 terminals.

Third trip to New York and have and always will do this tour. They take you to all the spots, the guides are very informative and passionate about their native New York. Best Hop On Hop Tour going and I have done many cities throughout the world.

This was a disappointment. I have done many of these hop on hop off tours and this one would have to be the most confusing. The buses between other companies all look similar so you cannot differentiate which is the company you have a booking with. The buses need to advertise more prominently which loop they are doing. The staff I found more interested to talk amongst themselves instead of their passengers.
