We couldn't do the advanced tour (it should be better indicated on the site that they won't let you do this tour unless you have already done the other Segway tour with them).
Fortunately we could do the "basic" tour the same day and at the same time. The team is great and very friendly and I would definitely recommend this place for Segway tours.
The tour itself is pretty simple as you don't see that many things, but the ride on the Segway is really fun and you still get to see some of San Fransico streets and the famous Fisherman's Wharf.
Definitely a must-do if you have a couple of hours to spare while in SF.

The tour is informative and lets you do a quick tour of major attractions of SF in a short period of time.
If you're in town for only a couple of days and want to see Muir Woods as well as go to Alcatraz, it's perfect.
