Our tour guide was amazing, really attentive. There was 2 of us so he customised the day around what we wanted to see. He even took us to the wet markets on the way home because we said we thought they would be interesting. He was considerate (stood in line for us in the hot sun so we could rest) and knew things like we should buy bananas on the way there because elephants love them more than peanuts. Definitely an amazing experience for animal lovers!

I was wowed with the level of knowledge our private tour guide had. He was friendly and considerate, made sure we enjoyed ourselves and was informative without being boring. The day was extremely hot (40+ degrees) but he made sure we were hydrated all day and where possible he made things easier for us seeing as there is alot of walking involved with this. Really special experience being here amongst history.

The day was a long one, but fun. The pandas and other sights were great though the food was pretty average for my personal tastes (asian background). However the restaurant was clean and the bus comfortable. I would recommend packing some snacks because lunch is after 2pm and from a 6am start it was a bit of a struggle. However besides that, it was a fun day with great things to see. Loved the temple especially!
