Skip the Line: Florence Accademia and Uffizi Gallery Tour

My Review: Both tours were terrific! Seeing the David at the Accademia was the highlight of the tour (about 1 hour long). The Uffizi was breathtaking and I only wish the tour started earlier so we could see more of the galleries. Our guide was tremendous and extremely engaging. Even if you are not an art lover this is well worth a visit!

Naples and Pompeii Day Trip from Rome

My Review: We enjoyed this tour because of the ease of getting door to door to the destination. While the tour was well organized and the guides very informative, the Naples tour was done completely while sitting on the bus (with the exception of one quick photo stop). They then brought you to a store that was not well explained (Cameo Carving) and everything inside was 200 Euros or more. The highlight of the trip however was the lunch (WONDERFUL!) and the visit to Pompeii. Looking back I think I would have found a tour that just went to Pompeii or rented a car for the day. Overall we were really happy we took the tour and recommend this to anyone who does not want to hassle with a car.

My Review: This was my second time visiting the Vatican but I was very glad I booked this tour the second time around (the first time I just rented the audio head set). Not only did you get to skip the line (it was New Year Eve and about 3 hours long at 9am) but our guide was very knowledgeable, upbeat and fun to be with. It it truly impossible to see everything in the galleries in one day but by taking this tour, you did not feel like you were left out. I recommend this tour for first and repeat visitors to Rome!
