Skip the Line: Eiffel Tower Tickets and Small-Group Tour

My Review: My wife and I had a great time on this tour. Our tour guide, Gil, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was American, so his english was obviously good. He gave a lot of detail and history of the Tower as well as the city and answered any questions we asked. Being able to skp the line was also a big benefit.

Seine River Cruise and Paris Canals Tour

My Review: My wife and I were not that impressed with this tour. About 2 of the 2.5 hours is spent on the canal. If we were to do it again, we would have just done a Seine cruise. Much of the area along the canal is not that nice. The staff was nice, but seemed to more interested in each other. The tour guide's English was good, but not great. The directions here were also not very clear. It simply said to 'meet in the Parc de la Villette'. This is a pretty large park, so a little more detail would have been helpful. Luckily we had plenty of time on our hands. They could have said 'meet outside of My Boat restaurant (side note: despite the English title of the restaurant, everything is in French)'.

French Wine Tasting in Paris

My Review: This was probably our favorite thing that my wife and I did while in Paris for 4 days. Our sommelier, Remi, was extremely knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. The wine, bread and cheese were all great. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it!
