Prompt and comfortable.

Beautiful scenery. Unfortunately the boat trip was cancelled because of strong winds. The only downside was the distance from Florence which meant a total of about 5 hours in the coach.

Wonderful. A fascinating trip which was greatly enhanced by our guide. She was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful - unfortunately I can't remember her name but she was Polish and worked in Florence during the summer and in Durham University in winter. If you manage to have her as your guide then you will be very fortunate.
I would highly reccomend this trip and the only slight criticism I would have is that the time allocated to Pisa could have been longer.

Pleasant and quite different. A Barchetto is similar to a rowing boat but is powered by a single man with a pole - somewhat like a punt. A lovely way to spend a couple of hours on the River Arno.

A good introduction to Florence. Most of the major sites were visited with two knowledgeable guides. Also an enjoyable lunch was included.

Very good. The driver was waiting for us even though the flight was very late. A comfortable transfer with a friendly informative driver - suggesting a number of things we should see and do.

There was no one waiting in the arrival hall as promised in the instructions. Required a telephone call to arrange the pick-up. An overall wait of over an hour in the arrival hall.

Good knowledgable guide. Unfortunately there was a Mass in progress which restricted access, but there was sufficient time to see the Black Madonna and to hear the boys choir. Very good.

There was no line to skip at the time of our visit, but the advantage of a good guide probably made the cost worthwhile. Amazing building. It came as a surprise that the trip only provided transport to the Sagrada Familia - find your own way back.

An enjoyable day. Slightly frustrating that the tour was a mixed language group - so the narrative was in French, Spanish, Italian as well as Engish. Presumably therefore some narrative details were missed.
Interesting mixture of sights, but personally I didn't appreciate the amount of time 'wasted' at the Spanish Village.
It was also a shame that there was so much maintenance work at Park Guell - maybe it's the type of information that you should consider adding to all your tour details.
