This will be the very last time I will ever book this particular shuttle company, last year we used it in New York to get us to the hotel it was a night mare. For what reason I dont know but we did decide to use them again thinking that was a one off but no they just dont care, and are very rude, this time they left us hanging around for nearly one hour after many phone calls to get us to the airport, they abused the door man at the Fairmont we were staying at, he was very professional and did not argue back with them. I don't how they are still in business but they wont see us again.
