Had to wait for guide, showed up late . Then we could not start on time, someone forgot to bring her money and tickets to for our tour. we had to wait 20 minutes to the guide received the monies needed for our tour. At the end of tour which..guide just left, a good bye... No questions...bye!

Guide totally not interested in the tour. Half the tour left after lunch. We heard more about her problems in life. Not knowledge for presenting the tour. Very dissatisfied ... We have used Viator all over the world thru our travels. Spend a lot of money for 2 people.

It took 20 minutes to find the meeting place...not happy after flying for12 hrs to drag my luggage for 20 minutes to find the spot. A few other people that were on the bus ..had the same complaint.
