I chose Tour Trekker because it was a small group excursion that includes a continental b'fast, and, just as important (individual) hotel pickup/drop off at a sane (a.m.) hour.

Debbie, our driver/guide was top notch as she took care of each and all of us in a considerate and thoughtful way. To top that of, she is knowledgable and humourous. I'm sure she made the tour more satisfying.

The vehicle was very comfortable; and, the timing of the stops to/from and around the west rim were perfect.

Viator came thru again with a great opportunity and vendor. I don't hesitate to us Viator for the ease in transaction(s).

Great tour of the creole plantation, Laura and Oak Alley w/lunch. Small (congenial) group, well informed driver (Diana w/Tours by Isabella ) who shared much information along the way. Swamp tour was unimpressive but now we know!

Interesting tour with a great guide who was also sensitive to everyone's walking pace and need for shade.

Wonderful experience! We had a great waiter, Langston, who was very attentive and helpful (encouraged me to try the crawfish and showed me how to eat it ~ one was enough!) The food choices were outstanding: fresh and appealing (looking.) They don't hurry the guest along but sit and enjoy the food, service, and music of the jazz trio. I don't understand why this event is so pricey but it was a special treat for us (celebrating our wedding anniversary) ~ memorable and enjoyable, glad we did it.

Another great guide (with Grayline), Lori a native of NOLA who gave us further insight into the French Quarter and knowledge of the Crescent City. She was sympathetic to our walking pace and the heat-of-the-day. We were happy to be the only clients on this tour, this day so we feel we benefitted beyond measure. Took Lori's advice and treated ourselves to a pedicab ride back to the hotel: fun and another perspective. Engaging driver.

We thought this was part of a super city (combined) tour ~ it was not. Fortunately we were able to schedule for another day (after a wonderful 'orientation' bus tour with Sylvester (the greatest driver/guide of them all!) I was highly impressed with Grayline and staff at the "Lighthouse' for their curtesy and willingness to help and satisfy and extend pertinent information on the various tours. My husband couldn't wait to get on the steamboat . . . a relaxing and informative ride down the Mississippi (my first time.)

We had no problem redeeming the Viator vouchers (unlike in Vancouver, Canada.)

Grayline NOLA has THE BEST guides!

When given the opportunity we would do it again

Good: would have been better if there was a map showing near-by areas at the stops. All in all a good way to get a city tour and attempt to explore.

Great way to see the city . . . the driver did not speed thru the streets (we were able to get some great pictures.) Sydney map and information were most helpful to making the most of our ride.
