New York Harbor Hop-on Hop-off Cruise including 9/11 Memorial Ticket

My Rating: 2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better

My Review:

I loved the 911 memorial, but was not impressed with the harbor cruise. The guide did not explain clearly enough how the hop on hop off worked. We were let off at Battery Park and walked to the WTC. But there was no good direction on when and how we would be continuing on with the harbor cruise. We did not continue after we sa the 911 memorial. My husband was not happy with the guide at all.
