Eiffel Tower, Paris Moulin Rouge Show and Seine River Cruise

My Review: My husband and I did this tour last week and have good and bad reviews. We would recommend this tour for those who travel in groups of 4+/if you don't mind getting squeezed in with other people and also OK with dealing with the chaos of going from one place to another on a strict timeframe (aka a tour). Dinner was a set menu that was not very good to me considering how much it cost but it was overall the meal was OK b/c it included wine, dessert, and a small starter dish. Everything seemed very pretty organized until after dinner. We were told that we could walk down the Eiffel Tower afterwards but could never find where or find anyone to show us where to go. We ended up standing in the long line for the 1 elevator (on our level). We didn't really enjoy the river cruise either as I fell asleep because there was no interaction with a tour guide/commentary available besides listening into this long, irregular shaped, and uncomfortable telephone-looking thing. Then the disorganization continued after the rover tour and the rudeness of the tour guide experience... We were told to wait by the boat at 10pm but the river cruise didn't finsih until about 10:10pm, so as normal people would do, we headed with the crowd to where the buses were parked so that they would not leave us for the show. When we finally got onto the right bus, the tour guides were very rude and our original one even said "you didn't understand that I told you to wait by the riverboat"-RUDE! However, we still enjoyed the show and glad they dopped us off close to the hotel afterwards.

Paris City Segway Tour

My Review: My husband allowed me to plan our honeymoon and I wanted to do something different on our HM, so I chose this tour over the vespa tour. He was a little skeptical of what it would be like, especially because neither of us has ever been on a segway, but it turned out to one of the highlights of our 10 day trip to Europe! We would recommend this tour as a good "overview" of most of Paris, which was what I was looking for. My husband and I just followed up the next day to the places that were of interest to us that we notated on the tour. Also, the little cafe experience in the middle of the tour was nice as well. We have vowed to try to find a segway tour in every city we visit in the future because it makes the tour fun and we can cover alot of places in the few hours. It is very nice to not have to walk around all of these places--because you will do alot of that already on the rest of your stay in Paris! It got very cold throughout the day, so definitely bring another layer because you feel the wind more while on the segway! We actually did the 2:30pm tour but would recommend doing the earlier tour because it gives you a chance to visit Commerce St (which is very close by), which has alot of shops and a few restaurants! Lastly, bring gloves!! We actually bought them at the shop that you sign in at for the tour--and the best couple of Euros spent!! Enjoy!!
